Cigna Corp. CI, -0.60% said Thursday it had net income of $1.621 billion, or $4.80 a share, in the third quarter, up from $1.388 billion, or $3.78 a share, in the year-earlier period.

Shares of Devolver Digital, Inc rose 14% in early trade Thursday as the company started trading on London’s junior AIM, implying a market capitalization of 791.6 million pounds ($1.08 billion).

Electronic Arts Inc. shares rose in the extended session Wednesday after the videogame publisher raised its outlook for the year after revenue and bookings came in above Wall Street expectations.

BB, +0.26% inched 0.26% higher to $11.40 Tuesday, on what proved to be an all-around great trading session for the stock market, with the S&P 500 Index SPX, +0.37% rising 0.37% to 4,630.65 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.39% rising 0.39% to 36,052.63. This was the stock’s fourth consecutive day of gains. BlackBerry Ltd. closed $17.37 short of its 52-week high ($28.77), which the company reached on January 27th.

Data management software company Blackblaze Inc. on Tuesday said it plans to sell 6.25 million shares of Class A common stock at $15 to $17 per share in its upcoming initial public offering.
