- Juniper II Corp. (JUN.U) has priced its upsized initial public offering (IPO) of 26M units at $10.00/unit, for an anticipated gross proceeds of $260M.
- Each unit will consist of one share of Class A common stock of the company and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50 per share.
- Underwriters have been granted a 45-day over-allotment option to purchase up to 3,900,000 additional units at the IPO price.
- The units will start trading on the NYSE from November 4, 2021 under the ticker symbol “JUN.U.” The Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “JUN” and “JUN WS,” respectively.
- Offering is expected to close on November 8, 2021.
