Hyzon Motors said a Nasdaq Hearings Panel has approved a filing extension for its delayed financial statements.
The fuel-cell vehicle developer said it requested to file its 10-K for 2022 by May 31 and its first-quarter 10-Q by June 7. Hyzon said on April 3 that it received a Nasdaq extension through May 15.

The company said that if it is able to meet this schedule it will be in full compliance with listing requirements for filings.
Hyzon’s shares rose 4% to 70 cents in after-hours trading.
