The investment company has raised GBP53.1 million as part of its IPO. It said previously that following admission and acquisition of target assets, the company’s portfolio will include investments in Dignity PLC, Hornby PLC, Phoenix SG Ltd. and WLS International Ltd.
Shares at 1043 GMT were up 8 pence at 108 pence.
