Getty Realty increased its dividend 4.4% to 47 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.88 a year, represents an annual yield of about 5.8% based on Tuesday’s closing price of $32.19.
The New York real estate investment trust said the increased dividend will be paid on Jan. 9 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 26.
