Snail Inc. on Wednesday said it was pricing its initial public offering of 3 million Class A common shares at $5 per share, the midpoint of its expected price range.
The creator of computer games for PCs, consoles and mobile devices first filed for its IPO in September of this year.
Snail’s shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on Nov. 10 under the symbol SNAL.
Olive Wood Global Development Ltd., Amethyst Fortune Development Ltd. and Hua Yuan International Ltd. are listed among the company’s principal stockholders.
In the full-year 2021, the company had revenue of $106.7 million. In 2020, the company reported revenue of $124.9 million.
Snail’s portfolio of games includes ARK Park, Outlaws of the Old West, Wushu Chronicles and Conquest of Empires.
