Altitude International Holdings Inc. has applied to uplist to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company, which is listed on the over-the-counter trading market, has requested to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ALTD, it said in a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
In connection with the uplisting, Altitude plans to offer almost 1.7 million shares at an offering price of $5.92 a share.
Altitude is a vertically-integrated higher-performance sports, education and technology company that operates through 12 subsidiaries.
It said it expects proceeds of at least $9.1 million, which it intends to use to fund property improvements and for general corporate purposes.
