Shares in Itaconix PLC fell Wednesday after it reported a widened Ebitda loss and lower revenue for 2021.
The London-listed polymer ingredients company said its adjusted loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was $1.6 million last year compared with $993,000 in 2020.
This was as revenue fell to $2.6 million from $3.3 million, reflecting lower order volumes from cleaning customers.
The company’s net loss narrowed to $455,000 from $1.6 million on the back of a positive revaluation.
Shares at 0734 GMT were down 13% at 4.75 pence.
