Microsoft’s shares have declined $6.70, or 2.8%, while those of Apple Inc. have fallen $2.92, or 2.2%, combining for an approximately 63-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Salesforce.com Inc. CRM, -2.28%, Nike NKE, -3.77%, and Intel INTC, -3.65%. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.58-point swing.
