Shares of IonQ were higher in Thursday’s late-trading session, after the quantum-computing company raised its 2023 booking expectations.
The company said it was raising its expectations by 25%, to a range of $45 million to $55 million. Last year, the company’s bookings performance was $24.5 million, it said.
At 6:17 p.m. ET, the company’s stock had risen 8.9%, to $10.23 a share. Volume in the after-hours session topped 1.6 million shares.
The stock finished the day’s regular session with a 2.3% gain, closing at $9.43 a share.
