Hyzon Motors said a Nasdaq Hearings Panel has approved a filing extension for its delayed financial statements.
The fuel-cell vehicle developer said it requested to file its 10-K for 2022 by May 31 and its first-quarter 10-Q by June 7. Hyzon said on April 3 that it received a Nasdaq extension through May 15.
The company said that if it is able to meet this schedule it will be in full compliance with listing requirements for filings.
